I have worked directly for or consulted with over 2 dozen WEB companies since 1996. I am currently advising 4 companies, and play an active role, performing the function of VP Business Development in 2 of them. I have helped 5 companies raise over $24 million. I help companies prepare to meet with Angels and VCs, often by creating their Pitch Deck, writing their Executive Summary, and prepping the founders to meet with and present to investors. I also secure meetings with my network of investors, and will present to them as part of the Executive Team.

I am looking for a start-up that has a great product or service in the market or ready for to do business. If you are not ready to do business, I am not interested. You should have a management team of A-Players, and not just people you know.

I was the 1st CRO of the Flycast Ad Network, IPO in 1998 then sold to CMGI in the Pre-bubble days. VP Sales at Kiptronic, sold to Limelight Networks, VP Sales of Evalient sold to Kantar Media, VP Sales at TheNewsMarket sold to Synaptic Digital. Also has 20+ companies that went belly up. You learn more from failure than from success.
