About Julian

Digital Marketing / Sales needed:
We’re looking for someone to take over Digital Marketing & Sales for the company. We’re a startup with a very small team based in TechHub (Google Campus) and Spain. We’re looking for a founding team member. This is not a typical job offer, this is a call to find a founding team member, someone who understands what it’s like to start a business and wants to give it his/her all and grow with the company. Basic startup salary + vested shares involved.

About FanTeamz:
We specialise in crowd-marketing. Our platform www.fanteamz.co allows business owners to collaborate with their followers in order to create a buzz around their products or their brand. Your followers do it all in exchange for points and prizes, spreading your message both online and out in the real world. The idea is for it to be fun and engaging for your followers, while increasing your visibility and driving sales in a very organic and cost-efficient manner. It’s all done using basic principles of word-of-mouth. We’re currently in the process of raising our 1st round of investment. We launched in the UK in 2014 and in Spain in 2015, working with the likes of AEG Live UK, V Festival, Sonisphere Festival, Fabric Nightclub, Raw Power Management, etc. We’re currently focussed on the music industry with plans to branch out to other industries asap.

Profile & Skills & experience needed:
• Previous marketing/sales experience needed, preferably within tech and/or the entertainment industries
• Keen to pick up the phone, as well as attend events & meetings with clients
• Keen to become a central part of the team & company
• Great communication skills (written and spoken)
• Understanding of working within a startup
• Global knowledge of digital marketing: social media, SEO, email marketing, techniques for client acquisition online, ROI, etc.
• Passion/interest for music & arts preferable
• Knowledge of Office 365 or similar, Google apps, Dropbox/Drive, Mailchimp, Wordpress, HTML (basic text formatting)
• Knowledge of Photoshop preferable
