About Tracy

Extensive operational, financial and product development leadership experience in public and private companies ranging from CTO of one of the largest toy companies to leading large-scale initiatives for clients in the software, technology, electronics and robotics industries.

Specialties include: Financial Planning, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement and Product Development/Production.

Diverse industry experience includes: Software, Consumer Products, Technology, Entertainment, Toys and Consulting.

What that means: I make product happen, bringing the right team together to craft solutions; I fill in roles myself as needed, and engage experienced specialists. I am the engineer designers appreciate; the designer engineers ask to work with; and the business leader they all trust to bring their creations to market. I challenge each engineer, designer and business leader to excel.

Design, development, engineering, manufacturing; on-shore and off-shore; low-tech to high-tech, one-off to one million; each brings challenges and opportunities - I'll get your dream through them all.

With decades creating and developing exciting electronics and consumer/interactive products, plus fun and cool toys for kids and kids at heart, I've been "on the ground" in every stage of a product's life - and bring all of that experience to bear. To paraphrase Arthur C. Clarke, "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic". I ride the razor's edge between "sufficiently advanced" and "right now"!

Colleagues call me a "generalist with deep domain knowledge in, well... almost anything." Hands-on engineering (from pitch to launch), and seasoned operational leadership (from strategy to financial to resource management) translates to maximum value for you, whether in the consumer product, electronics and interactive.
