We are a sports influencer marketing agency that works with the most talented sports and fitness influencers across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vine, Snapchat and YouTube. We work exclusively with sports and fitness brands and quickly becoming the future of sports marketing.

Opportunity

The Co-Founder, VP Brand Partnerships will be responsible for selling Boxseat Fan’s influencer sports marketing capabilities to sports and fitness brands. This position offers a combination of the highest commissions in the industry, a generous equity interest plus what can be better than sports and social media.

*The right candidate will work remotely, but preference will be given to the LA area and New York residents with solid east coast agency and brand contacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue and develop renewal business
• Develop and sell custom branded content creation with social influencers
• Cultivate relationships with brand and agency contacts
• Complete account responsibility from first contact to end negotiations using professional integrated selling techniques across email, phone and in-person to grow revenue and market share
• Manage pipeline of sales development through salesforce.com
• Excel as a thought leader and creative thinker
• Effectively communicate client ideas, plans and results to company

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in either brand partnerships digital ad sales, social media or sports marketing
• Must have a strong list of brand and agency contacts
• Excellent relationship building skills within all level of organizations
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong personal passion for social media and sports
• Demonstrable strong transactional capabilities / deal-making expertise
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
