Tide Spin is the new on demand laundry and dry cleaning delivery service from the makers of Tide. It is the first app based service for P&G and operates almost independently as a startup. ★ Founding member of Tide Spin ★ Led all development for the Tide Spin technology platform including an innovative customer app, CRM, best in class logistics and inventory management integrations, digital attribution, omni-channel marketing automation, and analytics ► Performed extensive qualitative and quantitative research and integrated insights into every aspect of the business. Engineered a creative continuous feedback strategy to receive constant customer input outside of organized studies. ► Established core KPIs for the company, created a business intelligence strategy, and built real-time data dashboards to track core metrics ► Collaborated with R&D to develop a proprietary and unbeatable cleaning processes while working with operations to utilize technology to ensure quality assurance ► Pioneered a sustainable business model for on demand laundry (something many well funded startups have failed at) by leading the team through many pivots based on insights from research or data analytics
