Currently COO of SaaS startup. Previously CEO of SaaS startup, headed digital and traditional media agency, had P&L for US search business for paid search innovator GoTo.com, McKinsey. Wharton MBA, Cal Berkeley undergrad, pilot, diver, basketball player with average skills but lots of hustle, sci fi and fantasy enthusiast, active angel investor

I have started a business and grown it into a successful cash generator with up to 40 people. I also have experience in a hyper-growth successful Internet company, which turns out to be pretty useful. And I generally get up to speed on new things very quickly.

I have a number of ideas that can turn into real companies.
I'm also very open to others' ideas.
It's important to find complementary cofounder(s) -- which for me would especially be those with hardware engineering, software development (OK, dev/ops!), and design skills.
Beyond those checklist items, the big things are shared passion, values and objectives, and compatible styles.
