I fly every 2 weeks for work around Europe on budget and non-budget airlines. Am amazed at the number of empty seats on flights, so researched the business model of airlines and understand how they would rather incentivise passengers to book early and fly with empty seats, versus sell cheap flights at the last moment or nearer a flight date, and fly @ full capacity.

A flight with empty seats though = lost revenue, so airlines obviously want to sell all seats on flights.

I have therefore come up with an idea that would work for airlines to sell their empty seats in a way which wouldn't cannibalise their existing booking model. Looking for a programmer/developer to launch this concept with.
