Looking for a technical cofounder.

Detail-oriented operations professional with a penchant for efficiency. COO at DWYL, a digital agency that works with social enterprises and charities to create products and technical tools in order to foster valuable social change through the use of digital technology. As well as working with many global organisations, DWYL is now working on creating its own internal apps and tools that empower businesses and individuals.

Previous to his current role, Mark was the Head of Operations at Hack Partners, an innovation consultancy firm that is specialising in disrupting heavily-regulated and technologically-underdeveloped industries. HP work mainly with the railway industry, operating under the well-known HackTrain brand. Amongst the daily business operations, Mark managed and organised the HackTrain Hackathon, as well as the annual HackTrain Conference and the HackTrain Accelerator, the world's first programme of its kind specifically designed to meet the demands of the growing RailTech movement.

Previous to Hack Partners, Mark was the Operations Manager at Europe's top seed-stage venture capitalist firm and deep technology startup accelerator, Entrepreneur First. EF provides a 6-month programme to create deep, defensible technology companies from Europe's top technical talent. During his time there, EF became the largest producer of startups in the world and the programme expanded internationally to Singapore, making EF a global company.

We're pioneers of the open source enterprise movement, having created an online community of over 350 individuals worldwide to help create and improve our digital content.

✔ Worked closely with a law firm to create a procurement framework for startup-TOC software and hardware trials ✔ Set up a Tier 5 intern scheme, acquired a Tier 2 license and successfully sponsored two international candidates ✔ Organised and managed the HackTrain Conference and HackTrain Accelerator featuring 11 TransportTech startups and scale-ups
