About Nabil

Im the Founder and CEO of Masar Training & Consultancy and Door to Door Auto Services, I was also a board member in 5 regional companies and a speaker at conferences around the region.
I have over 17 years of professional experience; I started my career life as call center agent in Standard Charted Bank in Dubai and moved up the ladder. Since then undertook several leadership posts including Regional Call Center Manager, Head of Customer relationships, Executive Director – Head of Human Capital before the entrepreneurship bug bit me.

During my work in the training industry, I worked with more than 70 different organizations, trained thousands of individuals, and recruited hundreds, With projects in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey I have covered a lot of ground.
I believes in the human factor and its strength in making change, I aspire to help people find the hero in them and live by that motto.
Accreditations / Certifications: I received my bachelors in Business Management from Halifax University and a High Diploma in Banking and Finance from EIBFS. Im a certified call center trainer, train the trainer and a certified coach. I'm a customer service specialist and change management advocate, I'm also an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and Bankers Academy Certified Sales Manager.

In Door to Door Auto Services (D2D) I reverse engineered the project, I started the business first, ran it, made sure it makes money, has a market demand and is scalable, now I need to do the the tech part, Im looking at finding a co founder who can think with me on a platform level not just an app or a website, he could be a CTO but has to have hands on experience in at least 1 or 2 of the tech categories, like programming and designing for example.
