About Neil

From development to Product Management, I help make products get better at the jobs they are hired to do. In some ways this is like being a life coach for products, helping find a place in the world. For the past decade this has mostly been around traveller communications, from the second people make the booking and helping all the way through their journey. That's not to say other travel technology workflows get left out, for example airline staff or travel arrangers can get brilliant communications too!
