About Ely

I am driven to help improve the economic activity by developing strategies and technology platforms that can help engage communities and foster communication and connectedness locally as well as with the greater regional and national context. I have been developing a concept for an agile asset map to help connect the fragmented landscape and raise awareness among individuals and organizations in various industries starting in Rhode Island to prove the model and then expanding the technology implementation to other sates in the Northeast and eventually throughout the United States of America.

I am looking for a developer to help me build a prototype that can be presented to the government, and various organizations I am interacting with. These organizations need such a tool and have given verbal agreement that such a tool is greatly needed. I will be able to generate traction on this tool once it is built even as a minimum viable product. There are several opportunities to secure funding for a full scale build out that will be accessible once the prototype is built.

I am looking for someone who is familiar with agile development methodology and is ready to make a difference by supplying fundamental web based technology that will enable business intelligence gathering, identify growth opportunities, collaboratively secure federal grants, provide a central searchable portal and visualization of relationships and news regarding collaborative projects and joint ventures, events, and essentially match need and resource on a geographically local basis.
