Team Plum is a society of enterprising female entrepreneurs with a passion for creative products. We are driven by seeing everyday ideas come to life; especially those with a focus on simplicity, style, and fun. The questions "why not?" and "how can we make things happen?" are always top of mind.

Julie Galich

Julie is a marketing and media professional with over 18 years' experience helping clients define media objectives and delivering strategic marketing plans that drive sales. She has directed media, promotional, and marketing programs for Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries including: QSR, fast casual, healthcare, consumer products, beverage, automotive, tourism and hospitality, and telecommunications. Julie has successfully led cross-functional partners, advertising agencies, and franchisees to develop high performing national and local marketing programs. She has significant experience creating, testing, and launching new products and brands. Julie is recognized as a media all-star by MediaWeek publication, received the Y&R "Rising Star " award, has earned the AT+T account leadership designation, was awarded the promotional planning and execution award for an account with billings in excess of $30 million in 2006, and received the Marketer of the Year award from Focus Brands in 2014.

Stacey Kirsch

Stacey is an experienced entrepreneur recognized for developing her own first-to-market consumer footwear product, Flexflop. This product, which Stacey singly brought from concept to design to production, garnered A-list celebrity endorsements and was featured on major magazines such as People, Life & Style, Self, Reader’s Digest. Stacey also appeared on The Big Idea "Minute to Millions " with Donny Deutsch. Stacey is also an award-winning marketer with a proven track record of building high-growth brands from the ground up and has worked on a variety of product categories, including beauty, fashion, personal care, supplements, real-estate and technology. In her recent role at one of the fastest growing technology firms in the country, she was instrumental in growing a software brand from its beginning stages, launching it in 27 countries and guiding it through acquisition. She received the Channel Chiefs award and the Woman of Channel Award from CRN magazine.

Stephanie Houng

January 2016 - Today

Stephanie started out as a professional voice artist in Asia and eventually built her personal brand into a media marketing consultancy, working with the likes of Disney and Toyota. Stephanie has an MBA degree at Cornell University, which she used as a launch pad to discover her business interests. She has conducted market research at a major healthcare company, and led cross-functional teams and client engagements at a NYC-based digital marketing agency. More recently, Stephanie has consulted on the operations and logistics for numerous successful ecommerce businesses. The range of experience from the divergent paths Stephanie has taken eventually culminated into her getting involved with helping multiple startups from the seed stage, where her ability to wear many hats and leverage all her skills has also become her passion. Stephanie is also a self-taught coder and is always looking for more opportunities to tap into her international experience and abilities to help build and realize successful enterprises.
