About Avery C.

From Jan 2013-Aug2016, Avery worked for AT&T. Starting and graduating early from the Technology Development Program, Avery has scaled internal social media communities to 3000+ members to support think tanks, communication teams, agile & scrum teams, and AT&T's Foundry Labs. From August of 2014 to August 2016, Avery has worked for the AT&T Foundry in Plano, Tx as an Innovation Coach supporting DFW entrepreneurial outreach, internal TEDx presentations, new product & service management, & Labs intern projects. In 2016, Xapientia labs was founded to support an ongoing obsession for cybernetic systems optimization through human-centered-design & human-computer-interaction consulting & research supporting biomedical applications considerate of deep brain, nerve, and trans-cutaneous electrode stimulation for cognitive and motor rehabilitation endeavors. As a social engineer and human behavior theorist, Avery also enjoys connecting people, products, and negotiations to facilitate innovative scaling of startups.
