About Rafa

I consider myself as a prime candidate for COO and CEO positions for startups. I've managed the operations side of dot-coms, real estate investment companies and pharmaceutical companies ranging from 5 to 350 employees. I've built teams, served as point person on system implementations, national sales campaigns and as the coordinator of company's IPO from the due diligence phase through the offering.

I am an instrument-rated private pilot and volunteer in aviation and aerospace - specifically in supporting continuing education for pilots and supporting aerospace startups through AeroInnovate and EAA. I received my operational training in the Israeli Air Force, I have a degree in Psychology from UCSB and an MBA from UCLA.

In hindsight, I've demonstrated the ability to learn industries quickly and to apply strategic and managerial expertise to each company I've joined. I listed aerospace as my industry because that is where I would like to head, although I am open to other areas if the team is right.
