I am in the industry for more than 8 years, including 5 in Italy where I have driven my company VentoSole with more than 100 projects in renewable energy and energy efficiency, I have put in place more than 4 million euros in contracts for my clients in incentive plans and tax credit.

RainOrShine Save Energy
Three years ago I opened RainOrShine Save Energy. Toronto-based company, which is the only interlocutor for each project to implement measures to reduce energy costs.

I have developed synergies and partnerships with product and service providers.
I'm looking for a partner who is interested in developing the sales, with whom we can develop strategies to optimize results.
I need an expert with a natural talent for interpersonal contacts who are aware of the confidence that arouses people.

The business idea is to provide dwellings with zero energy consumption at the same price as conventional constructions using a prefabricated system that reduces costs and timing and improves quality.
With one of the leading players in the market for Prefab Passive Houses in Germany, Lehner House, we have developed a prefabricated paneling system for the North America market, including construction details, software and machinery, panels production and assembly process, staff training, installation process, certification, and validation.

As a General Contractor company VentoSole providing integrated solutions for energy savings and renewable energy as a turn-key project, including photovoltaic and thermal system, asbestos removal, insulated roofs and ad hoc structures for commercial and residential VentoSole also take care all the paperwork for permits, environmental reports and documentation for government incentives, grants, and tax-credit. Laura plays the role of Project Manager for every project including suppliers selection, quotes evaluation, research for innovative applications and their validity and credentials, oversees the records, coordination of the installation with subcontractors and internal directing the team to the total service assistance end customer.
