About Rebecca

I am Rebecca Klemm, PhD (statistics), aka, The Numbers Lady. I ran Klemm Analysis Group, Inc. a research and evaluation firm for 25 years which allowed me to bootstrap NumbersAlive! beginning 2011 My most recent academic position was as an Assistant Professor, School of Business, Georgetown University. While teaching at GU, I received the 1983 Decision Sciences award for the teaching of quantitative subjects in business schools--the first time anyone received the award for general required courses. (I taught both undergraduate- and graduate-level classes). Previously I taught math in grades 7-12 and at Temple University.

I definitely need a partner(s) to scale. To date I have authored 3 children’s books, many plush and plastic learning tools, and a digital app. We have won top awards in all three areas: publishing; manufacturing; and educational app. We have lots of inventory of manufactured products and published books. We sell on Amazon, ebay, our website, www.numbersalive.com, and at educational conferences and public events. One small item, pocket pi became the #1 Amazon seller in rules and tape measures during December 2014. We hold many design patents, trademarks and have one utility patent pending on a new layered puzzle and card game. Many new products will be shown at the NY Toy Fair in February 2015. We have attended toy fairs in Nuremberg and NY since 2013 but have never sold to distributors. We received a lot of attention at the July 2014 Licensing Expo and we were one of five firms showcased at the July 2014 SXSW V2V.

The Hello Numbers Discovery Pack (small numbers in backpack, Hello Numbers book and Hello Numbers digital app) won numerous top awards during 2014 including a 5 star from the Educational App Store of London and named one of the 16 most innovative educational products of 2014 during February 2015 at GESS (Global Educational Services and Supplies) in Dubai.

Critical needs are partner(s) who can handle daily operations; sell to schools, wholesalers and special online sellers; and help develop digital products and overall platform to coordinate the products and provide analytic meaures. Get on a winning team—let’s talk! My cell phone is 202-438-5794.
