CTO and Founder of ClearEvent Inc. I'm both a techie & event organizer at heart. I'm working with an amazing founding team to build incredible new tools that empower event organizers to make great events. January 1999 - April 2015

Comprehensive experience in architecting and developing Enterprise-grade Line of Business applications using the Microsoft technology stack as well as the HTML5 web stack. Involved in mobile application strategy, architecture and development activities for Cetaris' next generation mobile-capable enterprise fleet maintenance products. Responsible for leading internal project teams to simplify software development, deployment and maintenance costs. Championing Agile software development practices to increase release cadence. Provided employee development, coaching, mentoring, team building and training to continually develop a world-class team of developers and IT professionals. Trained internal product teams on new innovative technologies by creating a "Lunch & Learn" program as well as many other forms of technical presentations. Established the standards for post-training knowledge transfer within the organization by creating structured presentations to both the executive and development teams.
