I have been part of high performing teams and led the transformation of fierce and challenging business environments. I now use my learnings from these experiences in creating high performing positive cultures with my clients. My direct experience includes: strategic planning, operational planning, corporate finance (public and private, Canada and U.S.), mergers and acquisitions, partnering, project management, sales and marketing, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, and audit. In my 10 years as a CFO of private and public companies, I was a true steward of the finance function and executed a wide range of financings in different markets with various classes of investors and lenders. I've also negotiated agreements with world class companies in a variety of industries. As a partner to CEOs, I provided strategic and operational guidance in the areas of: clean energy storage, vertical farming systems, low emissions waste incineration, toys, computer gaming, environmental building supplies, mining, medical diagnostics, mobile communications platforms, functional food and environmentally friendly commercial cleaning solutions.
I am grateful to have been mentored in best-of-breed practices in many functional areas by leaders in their fields. Now after more than 20 years mastering the rules of business I'm enjoying breaking them.
