I am Arnav Anand, Founder of ResolutionTube and as well an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at CET, College of Engineering, UC Berkeley.
ResolutionTube is using mobile augmented reality (including Google Glass) to transform the 800-number irritable customer service experience to a quick and pleasant one!
Our start-up has gained significant traction in the last four months closing paying fortune 500 customers, backing by TechStars, excellent results from pilots in the field, got some press and few other successful entrepreneurs backing us. The next four months would be a period of extra-ordinary growth and learning in action. We would be starting the TechStars program next month, closing few more customer deals, release our pilot app on Google Glass, go on pre-scheduled fundraising roadshow at Boston, DC, NY, Seattle & SF to close our seed-round and get covered by leading newspapers!
Currently, we are a team of well rounded four engineers (mostly UC Berkeley members) and are looking to add a member with software architecture experience on our team. We are a fun and extremely driven group who enjoy living and working together! You would be joining as a CTO and founding team member. You would be getting a market rate salary along with substantial equity and if you have visa issues, our lawyer can take care of that.

You will be building and working on all areas of ResolutionTubeâ€™s platform.
You will be working closely together with the founding team to design and build a compelling product and implement exciting new features that use groundbreaking technologies such as Google Glasses, augmented reality, to customer service.
Youâ€™ll work hand in hand with our founders, and will play a big part in defining our culture, shaping our product, and building our business.
This position requires sound technical judgment that transcends specific technologies, along with an uncanny ability to solve the hardest problems.
Write scalable and highly reliable code that elegantly solves our customer needs. Yes, you will have the opportunity to speak to our customers and you need to be empathetic to their needs. All of us, including engineering and design constantly talk to customers.
Participate and promote architectural initiatives, balancing long-term velocity with short-term customer needs.
You love to code and are ambitious as well as hungry to make an impact. You are curious, open-minded, and are confident in your engineering abilities
You have some experience building enterprise application. You love languages, libraries, and databases â€“ but you're not wedded to any of them.
You have some experience with product architecture

Work with our cross-functional team of designers and engineers to create the best possible customer experience. A solid understanding of user-centered interaction design and agile development methodology.
Able to design and write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.
You are smart, get stuff done, have great energy, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Ideally, youâ€™d also have experience in iOS/Android development but we also understand that smart engineers can pick things up quickly!
Comfortable with working at an extremely fast paced and in an open environment.
