I think the game of business is played best when you have people that are fair and transparent around you. Over time I learned culture is important to employees, and it is not driven by words, but the action of leaders. That creating a marketing strategy is not about self promotion, but genuinely sharing & caring about customers, as well as pushing your brand and team outside the comfort zone. I believe product matters as much as employees, and good service as much as open management.
In the past years, I've worked with entrepreneurs and startups to build a business vision and growth plan. Founders usually enjoy having a person involved that also knows what they are going through, which is where my past experiences came into play.
Working with entrepreneurs on getting traction using Inbound Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques is my current activity. I also do this for Hppy, a bootstrapped startup that pushes me out of my comfort zone and helps me stay up to date on SaaS and B2B markets.
