About Claude

I have many years of experience leading global engineering teams in the high-performance computing, wireless telecommunications, and storage industries in addition to some consulting and marketing experience. I've led large distributed engineering organizations with locations in India, China, Canada, the UK, and the US. My leadership philosophy is focused on helping employees and other team members bring their best to the table. That means a strong focus on coaching for results and accountability through metrics.

On the business side, I have a patent filed for an innovative security solution that contains and mitigates the impact of credentials theft. Additionally, a legal entity is established, domain registered, and initial business plan is in development.

I'm looking for people who want to build a company that delivers innovative software applications that bring a strong level of protection not just to businesses but also to consumers. Specifically, having people on the team who are experts in the network security market, positioning, and channel marketing and development is critical to the company's success. One of the challenges I face is selecting the right monetization approach. The technology I have developed has multiple deployment models and revenue recognition models that can be used. However, working as a team and choosing the right focus is critical.

In addition, I am looking for a strong CFO type who has been through the seed, series A, and series B funding process and who also understands the ins and outs of revenue recognition from products and services. Ideally, cofounders would have a mix of start-up/small company experience as well as experience in storage, security, networking, or compute industry leaders. A passion for technology, security, and delivering significant value to customers is a must.
