About Stan

This is my 3-d startup. Life science company of productization stage. Cell therapy has been not only tested, but already implemented in medical practice in Ukraine.
My partner manages the Ukrainian private clinic employing full time 10 physicians and 12 non-MD specialists (embryologists, geneticists) for providing fertility treatment; total headcount over 100 people. I manage development in the US. Several private IVF clinics have committed in the US. Best MD/PhD professionals from Europe, Israel, Japan and the US have joined me as stockholders or advisory board members.
Startup cost, time to market, return on investment etc. are very attractive.
Strong IP portfolio; 4 patent families; applications pending in over 60 jurisdictions.
Angel round in US have been accomplished
Financial company has signed LOI assuming a solid equity investment. Bridge financing is planned prior equity.
Viable cofounder might be a financial pro, life science executive or marketer.
I'd prefer to have a partner from New York City or Philadelphia area.
About me: MS Radiophysics & Electronics, PhD Physics & Mathematics, Certificate in Investment Management.
Seven published inventions in the US (electronic devices, pharmaceutical reactors, producing of pharmaceutical compositions and cell therapy for IVF).
Prior switching to own business, professorship in Dartmouth College and Temple University.
My previous company went through four rounds of private investments. I left it after the transaction, in course of which a specialized private equity firm took a control share.
