I am an executive with a record of securing investor return, product growth, and business expansion in organizations from venture initiation to $50 million dollars within industries including electronic security, energy storage, healthcare, electronics manufacturing, and metals and chemicals.

I have a demonstrated capacity for creating and executing business strategies, guiding diverse geographic and functional teams, and succeeding with complex business opportunities. Prior to over a decade of overall leadership experience, I directed individual corporate functions including sales forces, marketing teams, business development, engineering and multinational operational facilities. Held the hands-on leadership (P&L) position and reported to the investors of six small companies, startups or corporate divisions of up to $16 million annual revenue: Hi-tech electronics, surgical education, medical financing, specialty metals and chemicals, management consulting.

Started and managed corporate divisions of over 100 employees in both the US and Asia: Specialty chemicals and metals (manufacturing) for electronics assembly.

Worked closely with private investors to launch new ventures. Defining a business model, developing corporate and equity structures, producing formation, corporate by-law, and operating agreements and managing the construction, launch and operation of these ventures.

Closed milestone contracts with major global customers with greater financial and market leverage: Hewlett Packard, Intel, Compaq, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, others.
