- I have spent the last 8 or so years of my career refining a methodology called Iterative Marketing, which is very much so in alignment with most modern marketing philosophies, but turns the idea of the marketing campaign on its head.
The premise is simple: Start with an audience. Segment that audience into groups that roughly act in the same way. Define ideal outcomes for the business at each stage of each segment's buyers journey. Now continuously iterate and improve your understanding of each segment and the results of your marketing efforts.
I have been doing this for over two years for a variety of clients as the founder of the agency/consultancy Brilliant Metrics. It's time to do it in a big way.
In March of 2017, I launched Ferrite Labs. Ferrite Labs is a SaaS company focused on helping marketers build well-rounded continuous marketing programs around their audiences, their journeys, and desired outcomes. MVP will include the ability to structure a marketing program, track an audience as they move through the program, and iterate on results.
I am in search of a sales veteran who can help me navigate the sales process at mid-market B2B companies, refining that process and building a team as we scale. If you have marketing expertise, it will help, but most importantly, if you can properly identify a prospects true need and lead them to it, I think this will be a great fit for you.
We are virtual, so geography doesn't matter, though continental US is definitely preferable.
Please, come join me in fixing marketing forever. I like to say that if the factory floor of any manufacturing plant ran like most marketing departments, they'd throw out all the machinery every six months. Let's stop the madness. Let's kill the campaign. Let's keep the graph moving up and to the right. Let's bring Ferrite Labs to market, together.
