About Tebogo

Tebogo Mabuza is the Group Chief Executive Officer of ETM Holdings Group. He has ten (17) years of Management Consulting experience include organisational strategic and business planning, negotiations, enterprise risk management, operations management, programme and project management, stakeholder management, change management, behavioural change management, customer relationship management, organisational development, policy review and development, good governance, performance management and business process re-engineering.

Tebogo is currently a member of the Black Management Forum (BMF), Black Business Council and National African Federated Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NAFCOC). Other significant projects in Local Government include facilitating Strategic Planning workshops for a number of municipalities in Limpopo, Gauteng and Mpumalanga. The methodologies and approach used during the session supports politicians and administrators to understand their role in the municipality and to focus on delivering services over a 15 to 20 year period through the development of long term strategies in alignment to the National Development Plan Vision 2030.
