About Ted

I am a tech entrepreneur with over a decade of software development and UX design experience. Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, I was a web technology consultant in a high-powered government research and development agency for close to 5 years.

I'm open to joint ventures or partnerships with individuals or companies with strong marketing track record who are looking to build SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) businesses.

If you are looking for a tech co-founder, please briefly describe what pain/problem does your product/service solve as well as your sales and marketing experience. If I can build it, I want to work with someone who can sell and market it, not someone who is just an "ideas" person. If you aren't looking for a tech co-founder in the short-term, I'd still be happy to connect with like-minded individuals to build great friendships and for potential future partnerships.

A note to new entrepreneurs:
Your business idea should solve a real problem, pain or frustration that people are facing. It's important to emphasize that the role of a business is to fulfill needs, build bridges of convenience, help people solve problems or live happier, healthier, wealthier, more comfortably, etc. Therefore, the focus of your business idea needs to be on the customer and what they want. Thinking up an idea without validation, just doing "what you love" or building a business with your desire/motivation as the starting point and then try to find a way to "benefit" others as a secondary goal will inevitably lead to failure as 90% of the time, nobody wants the product/service or is willing to pay for it. Without any paying customers, it isn't really a business; it's just a hobby.
