About Thomas Frislev
I am excited about the opportunities customer-oriented leadership can provide to any company. My passion lies in letting my customers co-create their unique experiences. Especially throughout unforgettable customer journeys driven by rapid customer feedback and iterate service design. I strongly belief putting the customer back in the driver's seat is the gateway to profitable business. Even when it comes to traditional pipeline companies within what I call the Big Six; finance, insurance, legal, medicine, energy and transportation industries.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling. I have visited most countries within Europe and been living and working in Cambodia on several occasions. A natural consequence is my interests in cultural and linguistic differences.
As a person I am outgoing, open and smiling. I always bring a good mood and I am happy to take initiative. I am industrious, efficient, and thorough with my work. And expect my peers to be the same!
