My 10+ years of professional experience consists of management consulting for more than 4 years, investment banking and corporate real estate for over 3 years, startups and entrepreneurship for the past 3 years, and auto loans origination for less than a year. With a core focus and foundation in project management, my skills are in advising clients on strategy, delivering business solutions, implementing software applications, and facilitating change management.
I have been in Corporate America for 7+ years and left it to start my company in 2013. I am currently working on my second product, after closing the first one. It is a mobile app for Higher Education, a social networking platform that breaks down the college ecosystem into Students, Faculty, and Alumni, called Waddle Campus (www.WaddleCampus.com). I have a team that is comprised of professionals who are advising me on a part-time basis. However, I am looking to build a team of co-founders to drive direction of the app and to work on new products.
I am seeking a technical lead, UI/UX designer, and a sales/growth driver to balance my company and skills. Experience in iOS and Android is ideal. I am based in CT, working remotely from home. I truly believe in the Waddle app, especially after exhibiting at the Collision Tech conference in Vegas. I am looking someone to join my cause.

As a Project Manager, I provide property consulting, strategy planning, and thought leadership in smart work space designs, interior renovations, and new build outs to large and small companies that require resources for a project or as ongoing support.

I founded and started 1ME,LLC, a tech company looking to enhance individuals' experiences by providing product and service solutions and opportunities that enable them to do more. As a Product Manager in this venture, I established a US-based team in the areas of social media marketing, operations, and research to focus on growth and strategy of 1ME's products. In parallel, I built an India-based team to develop and support these products and services. As a part of the Business Product Team, I facilitated new features and its requirements with the business stakeholders and the IT teams. Through the Agile software development life cycle, we managed the auto loans system, integrated electronic contracting, and implemented new lease products in 2-week iterations. In this role, I collaborated with the team on defining user stories, backlog grooming, planning and prioritizing stories, and participating in daily scrums. In addition, I worked with senior management developing reporting metrics and cost analysis for electronic and paper contracts, documenting system validations and controls, and scoping new features to enhance the efficiency of the funding process.

In this role, I managed all business activities for the Americas through cost, people, and property strategies. I was responsible for analyzing property spending, monitoring budgeted headcount and forecasts, and developing the property portfolio through new office build-outs and consolidations with senior leaders and chief executives. From the business management perspective, I liaised with Property Services and the Business Heads on space planning, office locations, and property cost allocations. Through gathering business requirements, I project managed new office build outs, renovations, and decommissions. In regards to cost efficiency, I reviewed leases and track rental and operating expenses by analyzing property invoices with the objective to avoid and save overall costs to the business. As a result, I have helped the organization reduce property spending by $6M+.
