About Tommy

I am, at heart, an innovator: decisive, strong-willed, action-oriented, and results-driven, balancing my innate people skills with the ability to get things done, regardless of (and sometimes in spite of) how I’m viewed by others. I seek out challenges and don’t back away, and I’m relentless in my ability to grab hold of an idea and develop it into a winning solution. I naturally inspire those around me, but my charisma is matched by my conscientiousness and backed by tangible results. With my extraordinary sense of urgency, my persistence, and my determination, I’m able to move swiftly toward a goal, quickly discerning which details matter and discarding the rest, learning and iterating as I go.

Being the ultimate self-starter, I don’t presume to know all the answers, but I know how to ask the right questions and am not afraid to do so, willing to wade through the muck to get to the gold. The majority my experience has been in B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of finding product-market fit and quickly reaching profitability.

While revenue generation and profitability are important to me, I’m ultimately motivated to make products that people use and love, and therefore I thrive in a core values-driven environment where decisions get made based on what’s best for the end user - always.
