About Trice

I am a strategic and innovative entrepreneur and intrapreneur driven by a passion for designing and implementing high-impact and collaborative solutions to complex social and environmental challenges. I currently address global skills development and employability challenges as IDEX Accelerator's (IDEX) Senior Program Manager. In this role I oversee curriculum development for the IDEX Global Fellows Program, manage InvestWISE (IDEX's women's leadership development initiative), and build/cultivate strategic partnerships around the world.

Prior to joining IDEX, my varied career has included working on a number of public policy, research, outreach, and business development related projects within the African Union, Aspen Institute, and Stimson Center. I have consulted on business development, ideation, design thinking, program and partnership development strategies, and customized research for non-profit and for profit entities.
