I am the Founder and CEO of M2 Labs (M2) (www.m2labs.co).

• M2 is a new mobile payment network, for everyday in-person transactions at small/mid-size businesses.
• M2 goal is to minimize friction in the flow of money.
• M2’s initial consumer focus is the $2.0T (US) Debit/Prepaid market.

M2 addresses merchant pain and provides consumers rewards they want:
• Card transaction cost eats into merchant profits, by as much as 25% of profits.
• Consumers paying with Debit/Prepaid don’t earn any rewards. While Debit/Prepaid payments accounted for 47% ($2T) in 2012.

M2 will provide merchants transaction for 0.25%, about a 90% savings. Merchants use savings to incentivize consumers with an instant discount for paying with M2.

M2 offers consumers and merchants a payment network that benefits both.
