I consider myself a Leonardo type of personality with all its pros and cons. I am looking for complementary staff - experienced on startups and business development, focused on success, and educated on finances. We will need an engineering stuff as well The ability to do things in real material world is the essential value I expect from technical people. The formal positions have no matter anyway.

I am looking for decisive collaboration to launch an exceptionally ambitious project a global aircraft tracing system (details further forward). In its full deployment, it will challenge the aerospace giants. However, the big question is how to do the same being not a billionaire like Elon Musk? Tee common way to build a large system is to decompose the process to a multiple stages. Every stage should be a stable enough and to be a precursor for next stage (see Herbert A. Simon). However, I have a little idea how to do this practically. That is the motivation for this call.

In last few mounts I have built a group in LinkedIn to discuss and evaluate this project. The group have 166 members including many aerospace professionals. Some of them have already its contribution to nanoTrack project. Nevertheless the Linked is probably not the wright place for lancing a collaborative projects. After disappearance of an airliner in midair earlier this year, ICAO have organized exclusive Special Meeting on Global Flight Tracking of Aircraft : “Meeting participants will explore the use of existing technologies that may provide the means to support globally track airline flights at a reasonable cost.” In our view the dedicated satellite tracking link as a vital part of envision system must have specific features so differ from existing satellite communication networks that the best way is the dedicated satellite network to be designed from scratch.

The tracker operate independently from embedded avionics and traffic control systems. It self-contained and possibly self-powered module mounted on a mobile item such an aircraft. The module contains GNSS receiver, MMIS inertial module, microcontroller and burst transmitter provided that uplink. It transmits every second a short 1 Kbit bust. The burst includes identification, time mark, position, velocity vector, acceleration, status and auxiliary information. The, collisions randomly occurred due lack of synchronization are not fully recovered but they are not considered critical thanks to the high repetition rate.
The space segment consist of nanosatellite constellation, cross-linked in dedicated communication network. This network receives, process and transfers tracking data flow to the ground station.
The ground station downloads the compressed tracking data from space segment and transfer it to the users interface in real time though Internet gateway.

A number of innovative features have been included in concept development to match challenging requirements toward so small satellite expecting to do so much.
