About NJ

Hello Everyone,

I'm NJ, the CFO of a company called Hello Gadget. Formerly called TechIT, we're a student-ran startup focusing on tech repair and web & app design. We're are looking for a talented, organized, and technical individual to become our Chief Technical Officer. We're in our early stages, so your work will make a definite impact on our business going forward. Going forward our goals are to build a strong and consistent customer base through out the DC Metro Area. Currently I'm a student at Howard University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business. The other founders have backgrounds in Computer Engineer and Marketing. You don't have to be a student to apply.

Your job:
• Lead the Technology Team and be the point of reference for the repair technicians and the programmers
• Participate in Corporate Team meetings to help shape HelloGadget’s strategy and planning
• Ensures all technicians have the proper training necessary to complete tasks
• Ensures storefront location has all necessary tools for repair tasks to be completed
• Required to step in to assist with repairs in emergency situations
• Responsible for ensuring that there is staff present for every appointment
• Responsible for meeting with the Chief Marketing Officer in ensuring sales goals are met

• Must have some previous technical and/or programming experience
• Must have either Project Management or some other demonstrated leadership experience
• Must be well-organized and consistent
• Must reside in the DC Metro area
