About William

I am in charge of acquisitions and development of a private real estate firm with over 10 years of experience in both real estate and retail management as well as advertising, promotions, events, and relative campaigns to the projects.

Having been part of over a dozen high profile real estate transactions over the years, I have developed as a negotiator capable of empowering my clients goals.

Although satisfied with my career progress thus far, my true passion lies in innovation.

In late 2012 I helped Zenclusive Inc., an innovative online platform designed to help small businesses incentivize purchases through gift cards and rewards, expand into Southern California and offered many solutions to their organization.

From Pebbly, my crowdsourced learning application aiming to 'Twitterize' education, to a high end smoothie concept is under development meant to create the fastest organic healthy experience on the planet, I thrive on the energy that others can bring to these projects and ideas. Regardless of the idea, I believe it all boils down to creating something that a population/customer segment can depend on.

Entrepreneurs create machines that automate customer happiness by solving problems specific people have. That's what I embody while thinking of myself as a professional.

Steve Jobs talked about how those he worked with was more important than that which he and his company created. I feel the same way. I believe that the right partnership can foster the empowering and valuable idea that can develop into a conscious 'company' which can be great for all stakeholders.

Colleagues have known me as a highly creative professional who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.

I am planning for graduate school at Northeastern University with a dual masters in Business and Finance with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and innovation.
