Client: Bridgewater Associates (Enterprise Architect) – As the onsite Technical Lead, I lead the team management, project management, enterprise architecture, resourcing, and client-facing efforts for the consulting engagement. This leadership effort focused on staff augmentation, product development and support, establishing an internal ‘support desk’, migrating custom built enterprise applications onto modern technological platforms, supporting existing enterprise applications (Interwoven, Workday, etc...), and developing new solutions (MVC3/4/5, SQL Server 2008/2012, AngularJS, and Enterprise Library) Client: Sanofi Pasteur (Enterprise Architect) - As the Sr. Engineering Lead on the business development team, I led the proposal, discovery, technical architecture, resourcing, and pitch development effort for Avanade/Accenture. I played a central role in architecting the proposed solution (including enterprise architecture, solution architecture, resourcing, budget development, timelines, and contractual targets), performing the technical ‘discovery’, pre-sales technical lead and interacting as a 3rd party Sitecore partner. Client: Zurich Insurance Group (Project Manager) - I co-lead the ideation, strategy, staffing, and development team for the complete website re-design and re-development effort for the Zurich Insurance Group. This also included solution architecture, resourcing, training, and PM efforts. The technologies leveraged were Sitecore 7.2, SQL Server 2012, Javascript (JQuery), Enterprise Library 5, Omniture, Google Analytics, and WebTrends. I lead the solution architecture, resourcing, training, and PM efforts. Client: ACA Accelerate (Enterprise Architect) - As a Technical Lead on the ACA Accelerate product development team, I co-managed the development of the enterprise solution using the latest .NET technologies (MVC4, JQuery, Enterprise Library 5, and SQL Server 2012). I co-led a team of 40+ offshore developers along with managing a small onsite team of business analysts, project managers, and software engineers.

Client: AFG& (Sub-Contract) – As a vendor to AFG&, Sphynx provided end-to-end technical expertise to support their servicing of their clients’ software development needs. I established a team that led the implementation, maintenance, and development of their clients’ enterprise Sitecore CMS instance. My team, which consisted of 2 staffed resources, and I had performed the complete website redesign and redevelopment for Dramamine along with Pediacare and FiberChoice maintenance. Client: VML (Consultant) – As the Technical Director, I led the implementation of several technical projects for different accounts. These projects ranged from enterprise website rebuilds (Umbraco CMS, Sitecore CMS), micro site development (Moo Tools, JQuery) to blog development (Wordpress), social media apps (Flash & Facebook), and digital media campaigns. The technologies leveraged ranged from .NET CMS (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Sitecore, Umbraco), PHP (Wordpress, custom), and Flash (Facebook). The accounts that I lead were Hershey, Green Mountain Coffee, Saks 5th Ave., Goldman Sachs, and United States Olympic Committee. Client: DIRECTV (Consultant) – As the Technical Lead, I lead the development of a data-driven solution using SOA (C#.NET & WCF), SQL Server, Wordpress, MySQL, and PHP to display sports related content. The project was a large website development project intended to establish DIRECTV’s presence in the Latin American market (to be kicked off during the 2012 World Cup). Client: Publicis Modem (Consultant) – As the Technical Manager, I had both team management as well as software development responsibilities. I lead the development efforts for both the Sanofi Pasteur and General Mills teams varying from an e-commerce/UI (CSS, JQuery) development effort to smaller website campaigns (PHP4, PHP 5, Flash), an ASP.NET MVC solution and resource management (offshoring, SVN, timelines, etc).
