About Zef

I consider myself as a creative problem solver who can build solutions in almost any kind of business situation. Having worked across industry verticals such as retail, fashion and education I also have solid international experience. This is my third startup and I am looking for someone who can manage iterative product development, has an interest in education and gamification.

I find it difficult to work with people who cannot communicate consistently and clearly. I am punctual with my meetings and always strive to do something that I have said I will do. Failing which, I have a clear explanation on what happened I expect the same from a co-founder. Starting a new business is tough and being communicative helps to ease things along.

For responsibility split and equity decisions I tend to use the structure suggested in the book Slicing Pie: Funding Your Company Without Funds by Mike Moyer. This is not a rule book but a good guide. I would expect you to at least read a summary of this book if we work together.

I am passionate about making a difference and being independent. I find simple solutions and tough challenges motivating.
