About Zhennan

People are most important, and every decision I make, I would ask myself how would it benefit my team?

Every negotiation must be a win on both sides

We are in an age where individuals or groups have the capacity to make an impactful change to society for the better, with technology.

The journey and the learning lessons are more valuable than the outcome.

My mission is to Add Value. My attitude is of Active Curiosity and my method is through relationships of Trust - Francois Baird

Work Experience

Branch Manager (Management Trainee Program)

NTUC Fairprice Co-Operative Ltd

July 2009 - March 2013

My last placement was running a Supermarket branch in the heartlands of Singapore. Other placements include SAP Implementation within the Organization, other branches within the organization. The main this I learnt from this role was people management, and the systems and processes of a large organization, and most importantly, the societal issues that face Singapore.

Deputy Managing Director

S. J. Low Bros & Co Pte Ltd

March 2013 - Today

Being the overall in-charge of a small enterprise allows me full visibility of the macro and micro aspect of a business, from the strategic business plan to the individual departments within the company. This gave me the opportunity to hone in on the 'field craft' of business, to understand the essence of what a business needs to be sustainable, and also sharpen what I learnt in the previous organization.
