Anyone out there using outsourced, us-based 24/7 phone support? We're a small team and sometimes can't get to the phone when it rings. We want a human voice to answer as we've had zero messages left. I've checked out AnswerConnect but when demo'ing the account, one rep didn't even mention the business name when answering - just said "hello?" (I waited for 3 weeks to call the lines - good thing.)
Any ideas are appreciated.
