I am from India , planning to develop Android app for which I have already met with the developers, question is
1. How to secure my Idea before providing developers requirement document?
2.Secondly ,Is there any organisation which can help step by step with how to proceed with my idea which is at initial level?
Since you are yet to start on your idea, I would like to know why are you choosing Android as a platform to launch your idea. There is more you can do with less. Opt for a Progressive Web App instead. There are many advantages of opting for a PWA (a.k.a. Progressive Web App).
None other than Google is promoting this new technological advancement and Microsoft is backing the idea. Future is not platform dependent (read only Android and/or iOS). PWAs offer best of both worlds.
Few of the primary advantages of PWA are as below:
How big team do you need for development? For small aps one developer (+max 1 UX/UI designer) should be enough.
Definitely you need some kind of contract between you and developers (even if he is one) to make sure that your rights (including the idea) is protected.
I have been generally using either solo developers based on individual recommendation (worked for someone whom I know) or mid size developer companies which are established enough and I was able to ask for reference.
Sure there are companies which are able to help idea move forward, but as "startup owner" i would perhaps look for some startup accelerator program?
They will help you evaluate your idea, don't have too much reasons for stealing it, plus help you connect to developers, investors etc.
Are you familiar with some basic concepts like MVP or methods like Lean Canvas or Value Proposition design?
If not you can start by reading some basic stuff yourslef

Hi Taranmeet, Take a look at The CoFoundersLab, Start-Up Accelerator program. Big value for any Start-Up or Growing Company. We have live one hour video conferences for Accelerator members with Q&A and fine tuning both pitch decks and pitches for capital raise. We are also going to be presenting Companies, when ready, to investors at 1000 Angels. Here is the Accelerator landing page with the link to the application:
To your success!
Thank you everybody for your kind support and suggestions, sorry for the late reply.
I would suggest to not provide the documentation to every applicant.
Ask for skills you need and then shortlist the one you think are eligible.
For example if your app contains api implementation, give the applicant a task in api implementation. If he can do that, he should do it in your app as well.
Also try to find the right person for your job, instead of expert.
I would suggest to check Fluper.com as it’s an Indian based top notch Mobile Dev company.
Also they are helping startups with some free services for the prototype stage and above all they send an NDA after the introductory call if they approve it of course, so you don’t have to refer in depth on the first call.
Be in contact by filling their application form in their home page of the website with Mr. Vikas Verma as his a Senior Technical Sales Analyst with a reference by me ;)
@waseem gul , as you have suggested that i should give them a task , but that would charge me extra for it. Isn't it.
Don't worry about securing idea, develop the idea further by sharing bits and pieces of it to as many people as possible.
Do get in touch with NASSCOM (GPatwa@nasscom.in), they are in Diamond district, they have govt approved lawyers who can file patent almost for free if you qualify certain govt regulations.
I have developers sign NDA
