In ConvergeHub, we are planning to offer an integrated Phone and SMS service and were considering 2600Hz and Jive. Thought of checking with the group, if there are any other better alternatives
Consumers decisions aren’t always based on logic. The best companies tap into the emotional reasons why customers buy. In this course, you’ll learn sales psychology and use it to create a custom sales pitch, funnel, and template, that will get your customer’s attention.

Before you evaluate vendors, if you are going to offer VOIP, decide what level of quality you want to offer your users. Then look at the vendors. Burps in VOIP (pauses when you cant hear the other person) can annoy users and reflect badly on your offering.

Genband's Kandy.io should be on the list.  Tropo (Cisco bought them) and Nexmo are others I'd include in the evaluation.
