The challenge of entrepreneurship is greater than any other handicap we may have. People of all races and genders fail at great rate. The color and gender may be a disadvantage but not significant enough compared to the other problems.
There are groups that will help - but i encourage fully trusting yourself and committing to make it happen, if you want to be an entrepreneur.
Entrepreneurs need to have an irrational amount of self-confidence and commitment to make things happen. So just commit and execute.

If you focus on creating the best product for your customers/users, they wont care what color or race you are.. nobody walks into a store and purchase an item thinking "hmm, I wonder what race/gender the person who made this is because it will influence my decision." People purchase it because its a great product. Not to mention there are specific groups geared strictly towards helping generate more entrepreneurs of different ethnicities especially in the tech field.. I would consider that an advantage others do not have.
