Depends on what you're looking for. When I responded to my current Fractional CMO role the things that caught my attention were:

1) Great description of the innovation and unique selling proposition

2) Specific need called out for strategic marketing

3) It was a challenger brand so coming from The Coca-Cola Company I knew I could immediately take that Coke skillset and training and provide an immediate impact in a smaller org.

I suggest you be as specific as possible with your needs, your working style, etc. so that the cofounder candidates know exactly what they're walking into.

@Scott is right, it depends on what you want. Not only the wording, but where you place the advertisement. What makes you think your co-founder is looking in that place and would be looking for an ad to attract them in the first place? Are you sure you're not just looking for your first employee? Or looking for someone to help you that you can't pay? Neither of those is a co-founder.

The one key ingredient required for any co-founder is that they share an identical vision of your company. Vision is the description of the ideal experience of your product/service by a customer (internal or external customer).

If you're speaking to strangers, you'll need to be able to articulate your vision clearly, so a match for it can be identified. Whatever other skills you hope to gain are secondary.
