My company is creating e-books for products and we have rethought product packaging and post purchase consumer product engagement while reducing waste and paper. I am trying to figure out the costs of printing documentation and product packaging costs for products in electronics, appliances and Do it yourself stuff categories like furniture etc. I want to show how we are directly reducing shipping and related costs by moving to product e-book experience. Does anyone have any insights on the topic and can direct me to resources around the same? If you have worked in this area of packaging/documentation for CPG companies, it would be very helpful to chat with you.
Really appreciate any help on the topics.
