Does anyone know of any good customer management tools?

Does anyone know of any good customer management tools? I'm basically looking for a way to better manage my connections, and to track the communication with them. For eg, following up with someone if you have not heard from them etc.

Sales Force and those things seems very "sales" oriented.. I think what I'm looking for is more of a "relationship management" tool

Hey Arnav, I'm clearly biased here as I work for the startup, but RelateIQ is really a pretty awesome tool. Again, biased, but it's worth poking around to see if it fits your needs. Our customers are primarily startups with needs similar to what you describe and they love it.

Hey Matt,

Your tool looks really cool - quick question. Do you have any drip email functionality, aka customer.io etc. ?

Hey Kate, we do not currently have drip email functionality - not our focus ares. We are, however, in the process of rolling out integrations with tools such as Zapier that would make things like drip email possible in conjunction with other resources such as customer.io.
