Does anyone know of any good customer management tools?

Does anyone know of any good customer management tools? I'm basically looking for a way to better manage my connections, and to track the communication with them. For eg, following up with someone if you have not heard from them etc.

Sales Force and those things seems very "sales" oriented.. I think what I'm looking for is more of a "relationship management" tool

Hi Arnav, Depending on how much functionality you really need, I've found Boomerang for Gmail to be invaluable. Its not a full service CRM, but enables you to manage your inbox so that follow-ups dont get lost in the craziness. I've created 'rituals' around having emails come back into my inbox if the person doesnt respond within a few days, and have pre-written emails that are scheduled to send at a certain date/time in order to ensure they get sent without me having to remember to follow up. For example, if I have an in-person meeting, as soon as the meeting is scheduled, I write an email confirming that the meeting still works for the other person. I then schedule that email to be sent the morning before our meeting - this way, I dont have to remember to confirm and I dont end up showing up to a meeting that the other person forgot about. If you use gmail, might be worth taking a look at it. Hey Arnav, I'm clearly biased here as I work for the startup, but RelateIQ is really a pretty awesome tool. Again, biased, but it's worth poking around to see if it fits your needs. Our customers are primarily startups with needs similar to what you describe and they love it.

Your tool looks really cool - quick question. Do you have any drip email functionality, aka customer.io etc. ?
