Folks like Gary Vaynerchuk are all crazy about the power of Snapchat to do marketing. I still have not found it more effective than Facebook or Linkedin. From what you have seen, how can someone leverage Snapchat to build a personal brand?
Forget about “build it and they will come.” Products without scalable distribution channels will fail to gain traction. Instead of hiring an expensive marketing team, take this course to master SEO, content marketing, retargeting, viral loops, email marketing, and sales funnel optimization.

Maria Jimena, Snapchat is another tool but it is mainly about integration. If you want to discuss further, feel free to reach out to me. That depends very much on your target audience and your endgame.  What is the metric you use to define success? How can snapchat help you achieve that? Snapchat may be a new media, but as with all branding exercises, the content is as important as the media, if not more so. Making a snap is easy, but harnessing snapchat as a growth tool requires a joined up strategy and good creative ideation.  Once you get good concepts and execution, how do you then ensure you're reaching your target audience?  A good place to start when planning is with the question "what do I want my viewers to feel?" Then ask "what do I want them to do."

Philip is correct. You need to be where the persona of your targeted is first and have a content strategy for that demographic before you begin to master other social networks.
