How can I target small and medium enterprises in the UK and Canada

We are a startup transaction advisory firm based in Dubai, with a recent registration in Canada. We work with a back-end execution firm in India, who carry out the financial modeling and analysis work, which, once reviewed thoroughly, is delivered to the clients. What are the ways in which I can reach out to small and medium sized companies in the UK and Canada? Are there any specific trade bodies or any databases that can be subscribed to?

I would do this digitally. Google AdWords, LinkedIn, social media. Easiest way to reach a specific audience in my opinion. You could also use a tool called ZoomInfo and search for companies based on employee count and location - zoom info will give you a database of employees with phone numbers (not always direct) and emails. This way you could even cold call or cold email. Hope this helps!
