The site in which I am CEO has not access to Turkey. Anybody else has the same problem? Do you know what I have to do in order to make it accessible there? Do I have to contact the Turkish government? Any information how to do this?

I don't know how... but I have a close friend living in Istanbul for the past 2 years... he's very savvy...
he might agree to work with you...
are you interested in connecting...

Yes, I know in China you need to apply an online content certificate from the government if they block your website. Of course if you have any controversial topic to discuss it could be a problem. Otherwise people can use VPN to access your website anyway. First check what is blocked, try to change server IP or domain name.
