How do you systemize and automate your operation processes?

I've read various articles which discuss streamlining business operations. Personally, I think this is one of the most important features of running a business.  I'd like to know 1.) what system works best for you from A-Z [prospecting to product delivery or service completion, evaluation and beyond]  and 2.)  What has been your feedback about this system from customers, partners, employees, team members and etc.

It's a good question.  You can buy or rent a variety of tools to do this, they all have their strengths and weaknesses.  Or you can roll your own using open source components.

We did the latter except for the accounting software and couldn't be happier.  If I was manufacturing widgets this wouldn't be the case, but as a small company that constantly comes up with new service models/product offerings the ability to be able to modify our cloud based tools to fit new business - as opposed to trying to force fit operational requirements into someone else's idea of how things should work - is well worth the effort.

Systems requirements are dictated by what you are doing. Software? Hardware? Software as a Service? Free or nearly free software can be found for accounting applications and even some other applications - they are usually SaaS. When you talk about process control (in the operations sense) you might look into SharePoint / Share Point knock offs.  I am happy to help with this but need more info.
