I am recent graduate with no previous earnings. I have all these ideas planning and what mvp to build and such. as I am looking for cofounders I was wondering how much I should need to startup. I know that there will be costs like such ascost to get buisness license or build mvp
I would suggest to begin with market research. It should include the following points:
1) Business Summary
2) Target Market
3) Competition & competitive advantage
Once you have this, it will give you some clarity on what are the First Few Steps you need to take. It could be company registration (or license), mvp, required tools or even hiring someone.
Prioritize your list and get the current cost of each step.
Note: spend only on most important or necessary things.
It actullay starts with an idea of a business. What will be your business nature? Size?
Valuation will be your next step after planning.
Danny - I think you need to look at how much it will take to build your product (if it is a product) and/or what infrastructure is needed to support your product/service and those related costs. There are a few things that are constant across all companies like legal fees (though it may vary from state to state if you are in the US) and most of the rest of it is completely variable on what you are building.
It depends on what type of company you are starting
It's inspiring to see that youngster are now considering entrepreneurship a full fledged option!
I agree with @ Sam Fulzele also make sure what ever product you build is good enough to standout from your competitors and has high demand like for example Uber for X or you could target on demand industry since now users are more interested in products that will solve their needs whenever they want.
