Vijay Sureshkumar CEO tripcierge

Hi all,

I am looking for a patent attorney specializing in software patents, especially in consumer applications, mobile, etc.
I worked with a local attorney (Seattle area) to file a provisional patent - would like to explore other options for the full patent application. thanks!

Jeff Miller formerly of Orrick, now with Dickstein Shapiro, navigated us to
a successful patent award for our GPS tour software in 2010.

He is pricey, but great if you use him sparingly as a wise navigator. We
learned prior art ourselves and passed our summaries to his super smart IP
associates. By doing so we learned about our IP in the process. He even
helped us on a patent infringement claim.

This is our patent<http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1...>

good luck!
